Strong together - Our networks
We have been founding members of Unternehmer*innen mit Herz e.V. since 2017. Together we achieve more and do good with plenty of heart and commitment, in and around Düsseldorf. „A young woman as successor is exotic“ – This slogan headlined a newspaper interview in 2016 that Lucia Bachhausen gave subsequent to taking over her father's company. Exotic? That made her wonder and gave her reason to campaign for the topic of Female Empowerment, to connect with other female entrepreneurs and to support and compare notes with them. To inspire, cherish and see one another are the ingredients of the IVY female collective network that champions more visibility for females in the workplace.
